A contemporary multi-level residence defined by interlocking cubic volumes, exposed wire-cut terracotta brickwork, and deep cantilevered balconies.

Concept

Cube House explores the balance between bold geometric massing and climatic responsiveness. The design is anchored by an articulated series of stacked cubic volumes finished in warm wire-cut terracotta brick cladding, textured concrete panels, and crisp white cantilevered frames. Deep-recessed balconies with natural timber soffits create dramatic shadow lines while shielding interior living zones from direct tropical sun. Modern jaali screens and minimalist balustrades deliver privacy without sacrificing natural ventilation, resulting in a cohesive urban residence tailored for modern family living.
